i got the truck in August 2013 but didn't do much over the winter.
 
now the weather is breaking this is what is done to her.
3" RTE springs
+2" TF shocks
33" M/T's
X-eng a-arm rear ball
RTE front trailing arms
HD Terrafirma tie-rod
OME steering damper 
painted headboard white
LED's for village lights
LED's for interior lights
replaced the subs
pulled the foam insulation
transmission service
fuel pump
fuel filter
and oil change and filter

immediate future i have
remove rear seats
reinstall headboard
DC front driveshaft
flip tire carrier
fix or seal sunroofs
RTE fuel tank skid
install CB

near future
build low profile drawers in back with wood floor and tie downs on top
remove front seats and repair with canvas kit 

by the end of the year
diff guard on front
rear trailing arms
front bumper with winch tray for my warn 8000
some type of door panel for rear door
