Currently rebuilding my 4.0

Using 4.6 crank and rods, 4.0 piston and cam, guess we will see how good this setup realty is  Very Happy

Engine is done , dropped it in tonight, will bolt it up tomorrow

well i have around 2 k on the rebuild and running fine, if i were to do it again i would have done a 4.6cam of some sort , and maybe ported the heads

definitly have more power since i had already gone to the volvo bosch injectors, lots more torque and yes i can still run regular have been for a few weeks no ill affects or pinging as best i can tell

its not the lr3 engine power but better then it was

think i need to adjust the kickdown as the trans goes into od around 50 and lugs the engine some i push the pedal and it jumps to second not 3rd which screams the engine, this is real bad on inclines on road
