Looks like mid day Saturday to late Sunday. SC/NC/VA will be the first to get hit and then it will go north from there. | |

| It'safter midnight here in Delaware. Just had a tornado pass by and take out 9 houses less than a half mile from me. It's headed north/northwest. Close call. Raining like a mutha. Worst of the storm is coming in between now and 4:00 am. Also sounds like it's going to be bad until about noon tomorrow. Wind is whipping but power is still on for us, but most of DE is in the dark already, we'll probably be dark soon. Batten down the hatches everyone. Be safe. - Doc | |

| we are just getting a lot of flooding. all of the parkways are shut down from flooding, they flood when it rains heavy forget today. the thruway is shut down at parts for flooding, the cross westchester. they declared a state of emergency in most towns inlcluding mine my street has a creek that runs a few houses down and i see that is flooding now, id say by afternoon most peoples yards will be under water and some water will get into my garage but not too bad so far. no trees or anything down. we only lost power for a few minutes last night. | |

| Yeah, lots of wind damage and flooding in the area. My street was dry, but the next block towards the bay and beyond were flooded. My parents don't have power and jcpl has told them 3-5 days before its restored. One of their neighbors trees fell, and it took out a pole, transformer, and wires with it. On my way to work, I had to drive through the evacuated barrier island. Some of the water was 2-3 ft deep in Bay Head, on the roads. I got pictures of the canal before the storm, during high tide this morning, when it was over the banks, and at around 4, when the water went down to about a foot below the bulkheads. There's alot of people here without power, and alot of trees still blocking roads, because there aredowned power lines in them. It could have been much worse, and im thankful it had weakened Quite a bit before getting here. Most of the beach and boardwalk area is destroyed, and still under water. High tide this morning did alot of damage. | |
