i went on rock auto to buy an xyz.. it's gone.

i called she said that means it's out of stock. their system automatically updates every 3 hours so that out of stock products don't even appear in the online catalog! that is pretty neat. most sites still list things and then when you go to add it to you cart it says out of stock...

now im going to have to check over and over to see when it comes back in. she said she was unsure as to when it will be back as they don't normally know about stocking procedures....

it's cool they take it down but sucks they cant tell you when more is coming in. Usually it's the other way around.
