OK,the Friday B4 Thanksgiving my transmission gave up the ghost.glad i didn't go to ROTR..it would have been ugly for us.
We got it to Trevor out in Elizabethtown,Pa.he managed to find a tranny from Will Tillary off of a 4.6 motor with 30K on it.Trevor got it Wed.checked it out and said it looked really clean. Will put a new filter in it.
Trevor installed it and filled it with fresh juice.he also did a bunch of other stuff that i didn't ask him to do,but VERY glad he did.the bolts on the back side of the motor broke when putting them back together. the rear seal was leaking and needed fixing, the old TC cable was still there and was removed(2years of D1 CDL),the X Break cable not routed properly(1year since i did the lift kit install),replaced the plugs and wires
(which i asked him to do)all is well at the moment............
Next on the to-do list is TR diff Guards which came to me instead of going to Him,along with an oil change and Break fluid change next Friday..........i can't wait......

A VERY big Thank You to Rover Lab,soon to be British 4X4 Specialist..........
great people to deal with and swap stories........could do it all day long.

Can't say it enough,THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cheers
