Thinking of selling the 96

Subject: Thinking of selling the 96 Tue Dec 20, 2011 9:15 am

Ok after Corie an me had a long talk about me buying a pickup she said OK if I get rid of the 96, just not sure if I want to sell it yet. Heres the details
96 D1 5speed SE7
New Xbrake
3" OME lift (764F 763R)
Recent tune up (ngk plugs, kingsborne wires, wix filters)
New coolant hoses along with antifreeze flush and new green prestone
All new brakes, master cyl, rotors, pads, fluid flush
All fluids changed
New fuel punp (complete drop in unit havent installed yet)

The Bad:
Needs tires
Exhaust is shot
May need a couple TRE's
Some rust at the rear floor at the door
Few dents and dings nothing major

Thats all I can think of at the moment. If anyone is interested let me know. I honestly never drove it but a couple miles but it runs like a champ. Im interested in taking reasonable offers I really dont want to sell it but Im not gonna sell the 99

yeah that thing does drive strong and the 5 spd is awesome!

Yeah, Turf can chime in if he wants he drove it too. It runs strong thats for sure

Dude that thing moves! Bri kept pushing me to drive it and I assumed "you've driven one disco, you've driven them all" but the power band on that thing is way different. It's got a lot more get up and go than even my stock one (as I remember). The five speed is a lot of fun.

when i bought it I left Jake in the dust coming up to my house. off the line i was expecting it to be sluggish like my truck but it wasnt. if i wasnt so set on buying a rangie i might consider buying it back from you. lol...

Thats what I figured but I had to ask. I am seriously interested and would sell off the black one after swapping wheels and tires. Let me know what you want for it..

That is a nice ride.I can vouch for the 5-speed having more snot.If I had the extra cash and a brain tumor I would buy it.Quit dickin around french fry boy give us a price on this beasty.
