importing from UK what do I need?

As an option Im thinking about getting a 110 from the UK , I know it has to be 25years old or older ,what I dont know is ballpark shipping cost and DMV B.S. ,how much is it going to cost me after all is done , also thinking about importing from central america not crazy about the RH steering .

I know theres a couple guys that are importers I know Ed told me of a few. I would get in contact with one of them and let them guys deal with all the paper work and headaches.

I think Doug C on dweb does it and East Coast Rovers, either of them could tell you more on the subject.

I would contact doug. He's licenced and boded by dhs. As much as it costs to pay someone to handle the importation and paperwork, its worth having someone do, because if its not done right, customs may seize the truck. Also gustavo (rugbier) imported a 110 from south america I believe. I don't know if he had someone process the importation or he did it himself though.

Thanks for the info , I'll be going to Costa Rica next year and other cental american countries , maybe I should buy one and drive it back to the US.
