WTB GEMS 4.0

looking for a gems 4.0, whole engine, Long block, I dont need the intake, I dont care if it has a blown head gasket, I'm looking for a a rebuildable engine. With a trans would be great. I'm looking to rebuild both an engine and trans to replace my not so well maintained 4.0 and trans. My D1 has a coolant leak, external for now! I'd like to have one ready to replace it.
