What would be the reaction from you guys, and mainly Ed, if a member or guest put up a link to a video of their Rover doing smoky burnouts in an empty parking lot?

Just asking, because this same topic came up on another site I was on.

I put this video on a local jeep club site and all the members freaked out about it being illegal and bringing bad publicity to their club, etc. The whole post turned into a big shit storm. I was just wondering what you guys thought?

LMAO you crazy fuck. its only a parking lot. although i must admit i was waiting for you to roll that thing. if you did that in the middle of the woods on something that wasnt a trail i would have problems with it. i'm not big on trailblazing for no reason, i think it just damages the environment more and I do at some point believe we should make as little impact as possible otherwise we will have more and more people hate us and less land to wheel on... but as for a parking lot, it's a parking lot, they already wrecked the environment by putting down the asphalt so what the hell if it has a bit of rubber on top of that.

Exactly. I agree, I wasn't crushing saplings or running over a fox den, it's a fucking parking lot that barely gets used.

It went from that to illegal wheeling and so on. It was basically a bunch of jeep nerds that got a stick up their pussy and tried to get internet balls on there. I told them to ban me and if anyone saw me at Rausch or on the street they can come tell me how much of a jerk I am to my face if they like.
I am done with that site now.

we bust balls here but its all in good fun. cuz in reality when we go wheeling together we need each other because these trucks are the biggest piles of shit and we are all demented enough to own them and without other retard owners around none of us would ever have a ride out of the woods and back to civilization.

maybe it would have been bad publicity if you videotaped yourself going thru a bunch of peoples front yards tearing them up and running down local school children.. maybe flipping an old person off and then taking a dump in one of those cigarette garbage pails

Most of the Jeep owners I know talk a big game but actually just treat their trucks like asphalt queens so it would make sense the majority are stuck up. Which is ironic because we are the ones who own "luxury" 4x4's lol.

You already know how I feel about this. Extremely jealous! But sad for those soon to be bloggers and your wallet haha!
