The Conclave officially starts at The Cove on Thursday, September 19th and ends Sunday, September 22rd. Extended stay will be offered for those who want to arrive on Thursday.
The Saturday night auction will include a complimentary dinner.

There are over 100 trails — 35 “beginner” trails, 55 “advanced” trails, and 11 “very difficult” trails. Trails classified as “advanced”, body damage is likely. At least one truck in the group should have a winch. Lockers are optional, but highly recommeded. Trails classified as “very difficult”, expect heavy body damage, broken parts, and a ride home on a trailer.

Registration fees for the 4-day event are as follows:
Driver Cost: $80.00
Passenger Cost: $20.00
Kids Under 12: Free

The Cove Campground will collect a $25.00 flat fee for each trail vehicle plus camping fees 3 nights camping is $60 per adult 2 nights camping is $50 per adult kids under 12 are $25 for 2 or 3 days camping.

An example of total cost:
A single person arriving on Thursday and departing on Sunday will pay a total of $80 + $60 + $25 = $165 (Yes we managed to do it a little cheaper this year thanks to Rick Newman.)

Passengers are $20 extra and they also receive dinner and a raffle ticket.

Kids 12 and under will receive a dinner ticket from Lucky8

You will only be charged the camping fee for the nights you stay so those arriving later will pay less for camping. This will be a 4-day, 3 night event, starting on Thursday September 19th

Children under 2 are free.

Everyone attending, including passengers, must sign and bring along this release waiver. We’ll probably have some extras laying around for any iTards that forget.

Trails will open Thursday at noon & everyone must be off the trails by noon on Sunday.

Everyone must be packed up and off The Cove campgrounds by 5PM Sunday (unless you're paying for extra day's camping).

No drinking on the trails.

Tom woods front driveshaft installed as I had a blown U-joint, Cigarette lighter rewired to charge my phone, new winch rope installed, winch repaired (wasn't working, corroded contacts), "new" RTE rear bumper fully installed, new secondary hood latch installed.

New winch fairlead coming today, new CB antenna and antenna mount coming today!

Jensen and I will be there Thursday evening. Hopefully Rob P. and Dave Beard will be in tow...
