| haha. youre right. its a 1 hour difference for you according to google. still don't believe it will take that long to get to either though. It is twice as long to get to the Wilds for me. 8 hours 32 mins - 500 miles. at the 10mpg im getting now that is 50 gallons of fuel each way so 100 gallons total without gas to wheel so that is $400 round trip in fuel. | |

Yea I'm worried about my truck running on the Mettowee trip. Hopefully I will have it all sorted out by then. If I get a drive shaft my truck will be a bit taller too.

| i think the brake light switch is failing. i stopped to see Brett on the way home cuz I had parts for him and I pulled up and it wouldn't go into park. SO i went back into gear and it would find a gear. so i pulled the console apart (already nearly there) and i could see that when i hit the brake sometimes the mechanism wouldnt engage on the shifter. eventually i got it into park and back into drive. i stopped and got gas and had no problem, and had no problem when i got home. i already ordered the part on Tuesday so i'm just wiating for it to arrive so i can put it in. Driving 360 miles one way i am going to need to stop for gas and if i can't get park im screwed! | |

Will it let you shift at all? Neutral an option for the time being? Only issue then is you cant get your key out Im glad I dont have the electrical issues you have. I would have set my truck on fire by now. Im better with mechanical issues except for drive way alignments apparently.
