camp kitchens

so i been toying with the idea of turning one of my giant pelicans into a kitchen. I have seen some really cool ones online. I'm not sure how sturdy the fold out tables would be on this one but I think it's a great concept. I actually have a few tray stands from restaurants that I think would make a perfect portable base for this idea.
