Winter Romp 2012

in case anyone is interested in makine the trek. im thinking about it still.

2012 Romp date is: 17 - 20 Feb.

We have 85 rooms set aside at the Hotel for
$55.00 per night. (we used 83 rooms last year)

The new owner will only hold those rooms till 10 Feb.
on the 11th he will open the untaken rooms to the general
public.

As of right now, I'm planning on making the trip. Sounds like Bill F is also planning to attend. (Dave and Jake, You'll remember him as the guy driving the SIII 88" w/the ARB air locker at ROTR.)

FWIW, We may have one or two others from the FPLRG making the drive, but you never know with them...we had no clue 1/2 the guys who showed up at ROTR were even coming out until they showed up Saturday morning.

i may be going. I had a good time last year, but being honest, with all the snowfall last year and freezing temps, it was a tough fun day of wheeling with lots and lots of winching.

not as much snow this year obviously, so it may be a great mix of mud and snow.

it's a good group of guys out there.

if anyone else is thinking of going, let me know and we can caravan.

i was seriously thinking about it. but my truck is a disaster right now. it was severly misfiring and i have not had time to look at it and now it's covered in snow. i need a warm weekend so i can tear into it and get the msifire sorted. also need to waterproof and reinstall my tranny ecu.

I'm meeting up w/ 3, maybe 5 other trucks in Boston at 12p Friday for the trip up - anyone welcome to join the caravan.

i'll be rolling thru hartford by 930am i bet. i'd be down for meeting near boston.
