Torque OBDII Empty
PostSubject: Torque OBDII    Torque OBDII I_icon_minitimeSat Oct 22, 2011 2:17 pm

After getting tired of driving to autozone to clear gas cap codes, and looking at Ed's scanguage, I decided I needed to finally get something to read and clear codes. Reading up online, I decided on this:

Picked up a Bluetooth OBD2 scanner

And using the Torque Appon my Droid (which was free)

I now am able to read and clear codes, and it also displays live data, and logs data from the ECU. I currently have Mileage, Coolant Temp, and throttle. I wish it had trans temp or oil pressure, but supposedly the developer is working on it.

i cant get fuel pressure, trans temp or oil temp with the scanguage either. I don't think that info is put into the systems computer. I think the trans temp and oil temps sensors send the data back
