You can import grey market vehicles in at 15 years in canada. Even if it was a NAS spec truck that was swapped, like he says, you won't be able to import it into the USA with the diesel engine.

He says you CAN import it into the US. I heard some very interesting information around a camp fire about importing and exporting to Canada. Where there is a will there is a way...

jareks trucks blew up. he didnt make it sat night he has this list of work to do this weekend.

UNDER THE TRUCK:
Tighten up the torque converter
Install oil separator return line
Route block heater cable
Route transmission vent line
Tie down engine oil cooler lines
Tie down diesel lines
Drill 4 transmission bolts
Fabricate bell housing acces point cover
Paint engine mounts
Exhaust pipe
Remove old fuel lines
Remove old fuel pump wiring
Winterize frame

UNDER THE HOOD:
Fabricate oil separator
Finish cutting the old wire harness
Fabricate upper cooling hose extension with AC fan temp switch
Install new batteries
Finish vacuum lines
Move the winch controller in to gone charcoal container place
Replace the water pump and fan clutch
Replace diesel line clamps under the pre-filter


AFTER:
Fabricate new rear bump stops
Install rear air bag rear spring helper
Pull carpets for drying
Remove center consul to install rear heating ducts
Oil change
Diesel purge
Change pre-filter

What do you mean "blew up" ?! telling me that and showing that list just made me go from to

haha, his first test drive over 5 mph... he couldnt get it to shift then he adjusted the kick down cable and it shifted but the RPM's were too high and the boost blew out the oil check valve and sprayed the bonnet with oil.

4 weeks and $5600 can get you a complete 300 tdi setup shipped.

$5600?! lol I just want my truck to run proper and have decent power

I just got a garage space today prick and I should be able to get all my shit moved in tomorrow so I will likely start then. I leave this weekend though so I hope to know what the issue is by then.
