| You can also buy the fender molding and top from Southdown on ebay UK, then its just some pipe and tube you supply yourself. http://stores.ebay.com/Southdown-4x4-Products?_trksid=p4340.l2563I've been thinking of doing this, but don't have enough random disposable funds to throw at it yet. I have other purchased for the truck to do first. | |

| Hmmm... Looking at the Southdown site, it looks like buying a complete kits straight from Southdown is by far the cheapest option.
At today's exchange rate, a finished D2 snorkel (assuming ~20 pounds sterling to ship it) should cost roughly $285...

At least I won't be pissed when they don't respond to the e-mail I sent them. I'm thinking the packaging should be pretty small on one of these, so I might just get my sister-in-law to order it for me and then she can ship it from the UK. Of course all this is on hold until I get the D1 home and decide what I need to do to it first...

LOL
I think we should take them for a cross country road trip to Utah for the Dweb meet up and see who gets further I'd take you up on that if I thought I could get enough time off work...I'm just hoping to get things together enough to make the Winter Romp. From what I've read of the Red truck and Rusty, my bet is that with a little pre-trip TLC they might well both make it. I agree and wish I could get the time off too it's the trip out there and back that sucks.... I'm sure they could both make it too althought it would be a lot chillier in my truck with holy floors and no heat
