Next Pines trip

Pine Barrens Spring Thing 4/28/12 - 4/29/12 .. any preference to campsites? anyone interested in staying Friday night as well? lets get the ball rolling!!

I'm game for Fri night thru Sunday AM.Hopefully it will be warm enough for me to sport my new banana hammock.

Either that weekend, or the weekend before are good for me. I liked where we just stayed in byrne. I liked meeting up, a little wheeling, dumping the camping gear, then coninue wheeling. I would even stay in the yurts again. It should be warmer, so we could actually cook dinner and breakfast in the campsite, or go back to pick a lilli's

For a summer trip, I would prefer bodine, but for the convient location, bathrooms, etc, I liked byrne. It might still be a lil chilly at night in april, and for the price of the yurts, and what we got, it was real nice. I liked being able to dump all our camping gear, lock it up, and continue wheeling. Not having to pitch tents and set up the campsite equals more time wheeling.

What about if we have more than 12 people? What about cabins... Need to look at a map see where the campsites are in location to the yurts

There were campsites right next to the bathrooms that were closed until spring, and also right across the street from the yurts. we could also ask if we could set up tents in the yurt area.

Also, it turns out the other bathouse was open, and it was even closer to where we were than the closed one. There was a path through the woods to it.

Per their website, the cabins each hold 4 people, but you can ask permission when booking to allow 6 in a cabin.
