Hey all- finally joined this forum... b/c I need another rover site to occupy my time.

anyways I'll see you out there 8AM at Rausch. Driving with one other from Red Bank NJ Area, if anyone is coming from this direction and wants to drive together let me know. We're leaving Red Bank around 6am... but I can probably only stay 1 day (maybe the night but leave early SAT)

WTF dude? Why didn't you mention this yesterday morning? I had a full beard going b/c i refuse to shave while on vacation. Went back to work yesterday morning, and shaved it off. I would've kept the stash if it meant I could hang with the cool kids.

The last time I grew a stash, it was for Movember and everyone told me I looked like a paedophile. I'd post a picture but I'm worried I'd match some wanted poster or something.

Wife hates the stache. A bunch of us at work grew them out in honor of a mustachioed coworker's retirement, and she couldn't wait for me to shave it. But if I had known, I would have kept it just for you.

Who's the other one? Don? If you're heading out Saturday AM then we (NYC caravan) probably won't see you, since I think we're planning on heading out there at 6:30AM on Saturday.

My wife hates it too. She told me shed let me keep the beard if I shave the stache. But then I'd look Amish like Jake. So I just grow normal beards and shave em down in funny phases. Handle bars, Raleigh fingers, reverse goatee, John waters, etc. I'd love to try to pull one off (magnum PI) full time but theres no way shed let me

Well, since I regained custody of my turkey frier today, Friday evening will be the

Second Annual NELRC Deep Fried Festival

Everyone coming to Campawhile on friday should bring an item to be shared with the group, with the only requirement that it have the ability to be fried. Whether it be an appetizer, snack, entree, or dessert, all items will get tossed in the delicious boiling oil. If you're not able to bring something due to inadequate food storage capabilities, drop $5 at wally world and bring a gallon of oil. We'll probably need 3 gallons or so.

I will be bringing zeppoles.

im going to bring another Jersey favorite. Rippers. aka deep fried hot dogs. However i'm bringing Nathans which are of course New York hot dogs.

Everyone knows that rippers must be made with schickhaus hot dogs.

Everyone knows that that word slightly resembling "dick haus" is not a real word. Idk what I'm bringing. Probably fireworks. We can deep fry those.

How late will you guys be doing this??? I'd like to get in but probably wont be there till 10 if I come at night

Leaving from my house, very close to the broad street/newman springs Rd RR Tracks- what kind of speed can you maintain on the highway. Just need to know if we need to change the leaving time.

Dont change the start time. I can average 60-65 for the most part. Like I said I dont know if I can make your start time due to work. But if I can then 6am it is, and I'll just play tag with you guys on the highway.
