Wanted to know if any of you guys have run into the same problem. There is no resistance as you turn the dial like you feel when you turn the drivers side one. I have seen the picture of the unit on the AB website and glanced over the steps to get to it to remove and replace it.
Any tips or tricks to know whats is exactly wrong? Figure either the dial itself is busted or the cable where it attaches to the box inside the dash.
Appreciate any insight any of you have on this.
