I agree with you about going without the a bar. I am liking my truck without the brush bar more and more each day.

I might be up for a set of sliders if we make this happen and a few other items, I need to call and see if he can fab up a couple parts for me. I just wont be able to commit to it for a couple weeks yet.

hey guys. Greetings from the great state of Delaware. Spent the day gutting my fully finished basement. Irene left a little of her rain behind down there and swamped me out. Bummer. How did everyone else make out? Hopefully no great tragedies for any of you.

How's this group buy going? I'm ready for some sliders. Spent the day today working on my Rover while the construction crew tore out carpet and drywall in my basement. Worked on the cooling system, oil change, greased drive shafts, replaced spark plugs (went with Bosch Iridium, switching from Bosh +4's), did a manifold intake clean, and finally installed the SlickRock front sway bar quick disconnects. Ordered ABS extensions and will have those along with the stainless steel extended brake lines and ceramic pads installed next week.

I like it. Will see if i can sell it tomorrow. Don't think we have anything specific planned, and since its just a day trip I might be able to get the wife out for spin for the first time in 2 years. If she comes I have to probably stick to trails that require a vagina only. Don't think her heart can handle any of the blue/black trail stuff. Gotta break her in slowly. Nice scenic routes, a little bambi spotting, a nice picnic, and maybe finish off with a trip across Lake Christy just to give her a flavor of real adventure

Damnit, you're a tough negotiator. OK, some Blues it is. I really think she'll get bored after 30 minutes of riding the power line trails. Just gotta pray i don't jab a Diff or break an axle. All of the other usual 'crunches', rock banging, and noises are going to make her go insane enough as it is.

It'll be a typical Sunday drive of course.

I just picked up a (straight) tie rod and cap/rotor from Trevor, new plugs from Advance and am getting my diff guard welded on tomorrow morning.

I should be ready to go...
