I'm working on details but it will be very affordable. more affordable than Rausch that is for sure. I will update with info in two weeks when I have everything nailed down.

| Ha! Rausch costs are minimal once you've done VOT or The Conclave. My ass still hurts from the Conclave... - Hilltoppersx wrote:

I don't think it was Conclave itself Dave, but your campsite mate flogging you all weekend. (Next year try asking her to bring you a ball gag. LOL)

| So I see all the prices and explanations but in the end what does the park/trails/camping cost for the weekend for 2 adults, maybe 1 child under 10? Obviously not to include food and fuel | |

Both are close to each other. (Within an hour drive of each other.) Rausch Creek is big and has something for everyone. Mud, rocks, deep water...Rausch has it all, in great quantities spread across ~25k acres. It's probably one of the top 5 ORV parks in the eastern US if not the #1. There should be thousands of videos out on YouTube. Anthracite is new and raw, but has similar terrain. It's on its way to being a pretty awesome ORV park too...

Then sat at the other place is $35 for me,truck, wife? Not sure where you live Tom but that $15 is a yearly fee. Anytime you go back to Rausch its $35 to drive - plus passenger. Rausch is awesome and, given time to learn it, Anthracite has some great trails too. It depends what you're into. I like the technical stuff.

| Anthracite has a bunch of new trails some easier and some of which are out of any of our league. I've seen pics of buggys running them. Should be very interesting. | |

What's that mean vehicle is 1 campsite we pay for a site for the rover and a second site for ourselves? Just trying to get it all clear in my head lol

| The reason I set up the campsite near AOAA for two nights is two fold. People can convoy up after the day at Rausch and be at right near AOAA for Saturday morning and not have to make and break camp twice, and for people coming from out of town only for Saturday at AOAA they can set up Fri and Sat nights near AOAA.
The campsite is cash only so for two nights for one vehicle is $35. You don't pay per person so if you have 4 people in your truck and two tents you pay $35. If you have one person and one tent in one truck you pay $35. The entrance is 3500 Lower Rd Shamokin Pa 17872. Near the corner of Blacks Lane & Lower Rd. (I'll add that into the original post)
No reservations necessary. Just let me know if you are interested so i can give an approximate head count for our group site.

| Ed - Your logic is sound, I'm in for two nights - one truck. Jensen and I... | |
