It was great to get out an meet everyone and give my truck a chance to mark it's territory by sprinkling bits of itself across someplace new. I can promise you guys will be seeing a fair bit more of me and some of the other FPLRG guys...
I'm still looking for all the pictures I took and a couple of these are ones other people had sent me...

I had a great time this past weekend. It was good to get out with some Rover enthusiasts, there aren't any around me. If anyone has a picture of my truck going through lake christy, could you post it for me, I don't think I've seen one yet.
I thought I got away from the trip unscathed, but now I have a rotational squeal coming from up front, maybe the driveshaft?? I need to investigate further.
yeah that sounds like the u joint in your front draft shot has dried out. time to rebuild it or replace it with a woody or great basin.

I had a awesome time Saturday wish I could have got out Sunday, but spent all morning trimming my bumper glad that is all the damage I took. When I got home and checked the oil ,etc. I seen that my air box was unlatched for all the water I went through.

Wow, there are some nice pics from everyone! I tried making the rounds the best I could, but not sure how many of you I got to meet.
Had a great time. I was in the black 90 soft top, with the black dog, and the gf. This is her favorite Land Rover event of the year...probably because it's the only one I haven't made her camp at yet.
I haven't loaded any of my pics yet, but here's a video of me doing the rock challenge. I was doing alright (looks like 32 seconds to the last set of cones), but f'd up right there when I hit the ridge that threw me way further out to the right than I wanted to be.

Awesome, thanks.
I might just order a Woody if that ends up being the source of the problem.

Josh, I think you had the cleanest, smoothest run, up until that point.

Agreed, I had quite a fun time yelling at him from the bottom of the hill, and then following him out on the strap. This is my favorite picture of saturday:
