I can't blame them for wanting to use the weekend Ed picked regardless if they did it or not. This is far from home and I'm guessing they have a low attendance. I spoke my peace on dweb and I wasnt trying to put them down it's just like WTF? Why would you have an event the same day as a free clubs event and expect people to pay the event fee on top of the RC fee and ROAV membership fee. I guess some people just have too much money.

I give them this one, it could very well been a coincedence. if it happens again I will feel very very different.

I think we should have "no roav" shirt, akin to the old school "no ma'am" shirts from married with children.

| It's expensive to get the insurance and the owners are not contract people. So for us it's up in the air. ROAV had an event there earlier this year. Not sure if they will try this again next year | |

| So...won't all the Rovers kind of blend together? It seems silly to have two LR events on the same patch of land on the same weekend. How will I know which one I showed up for?
I'll probably follow Randy's lead as he will have a trailer should I need one...

Last time we let randy lead he went straight to the rock garden and blew his diff. It is great he trailers his truck because last time it was a pile of parts when he left.

Randy trailers his truck so as long as you have a trailer too or have a buddy with AAA and live less than 100 miles from Rausch I would be cautious on who you follow. On a side note I'd be happy to wheel with the ROAV guys but I'm not dropping $20 on top of the $35 you pay to wheel there just to wheel with a couple people from VA/MD.. If it were private land and insurance was involved like the cove then I would be okay with paying a small fee.

| Camping at echo valley was nice since everyone could pretty much all hang together. At camp-a-while it was limited to how many people you could fit in an area.
Echo valley takes my vote because it could be beneficial in the future. After all these Rovers staying at this place they might eventually start giving discounts for events.
And who cares if their is multiple events at one time. Everyone is there to wheel their trucks and if everyone hangs together the people who paid that extra 20 bucks will realize that a shirt isn't worth $20 and it might get more people on this site.
