| Well guys i've finally decided to get rid of the snow tires... yes i know its about 100 degrees out, which helped me push this decision. Also the piss poor performance they had at wharton last weekend. Had to get pulled out by my buddies fj . Anyway i am on a very light budget, while at the same time i'm looking to get some more aggressive tread. A few of my friends run these out west and love them and haven't had any problems with them being that they are retreads. Also for $104 its hard to complain. You guys would know more then I but do 245/75R16's fit on a stock suspension? I have no lift and i'm still on the fense about lifting it but would like to jump up to these being that they would give me a little more clearance. So let me know what you think... heres a link to the tire if your curious at all about them. https://treadwright.com/p-36-245-75r16-guard-dog-m-t-e.aspx | |

| Have close to 15k miles on mine and the tread is still looking great. Do very well off road too. I recommend them. | |

| I have the old Goodyear MTR's which are the exact same tread and so far I like them. All the guys with the guard dogs on the forum seem to be happy with them and they seem to be holding up fine. But I agree with Brett - get a 2" lift and 265/75's it will vastly improve your rig off road. | |

| I've finally put the money together for a 2 inch lift, however i think i'm just going to piece it together because i want to keep my SLS system until it dies (then convert to springs). I really do use it enough that its beneficial to have and being this is my DD it just works. So so far i haven't found a whole kit that works. So what im looking at now is OME medium up front, 2" spacer under airbags in back and prolly 4 sport OME shocks. Once thats done i'll grab 265/75/16's and just in time for winter too! go figure haha | |

| Ok so i'm finally going for treadwright 265/75R16's. I need them for my new lift and i'm finally pulling the trigger. Real quick in your opinions what load size is better D (max 3,000 & 65 psi) or E (max 3,415 & 80 psi). Obviously it is all based on weight, so my next series of upgrades with be rock sliders next month, New front bumper whenever Denny at HLC calls me back and rear slider bumper this summer. So i'll be adding quite a bit of weight, which makes me believe that I should go with an E rated tire. But you guys would know more then me. | |

| So i first posted I was getting new tires 7 months ago and finally bought them tonight... I think I may have a serious procrastination problem. This would also explain why sunday night is so stressful for me | |

I always remember something one of my professors told me once. Procrastination is like masturbation, feels good at first but in the end you're only fucking yourself. | |
