Yeah its amazing. I think all my family and friends have a lifetime supply of Country Crock butter, fries, Tasty Cakes and plenty of other stuff. And people wonder why it cost so mutch at the grocery store. I give most stuff away, foodbanks, and churches. I just cant ever get that load of super awesome rover parts or big screen tvs that mite get "accidentaly" damaged LOL. But most times its cheaper and easier for the shippers to have me dispose of it instead of taking it back to them ($2 a mile or dispose of $50 worth of product kinda deal).

| At this point, Since the jumbo fryer is coming out, I think it would be easier to make dinner something that can be fried also. Makes for easier cleanup. Some frozen battered cod for fish and chips perhaps? and chicken tenders for the kiddies. | |

I think I have a turkey. That shit is go-od. I don't know how the fish would do in a deep fryer. Anyone ever try it? I can see the store bought frozen fish cakes doing okay but I don't know about fresh fish.

| Fish and chips is traditionally deep fried, battered white fish. The breaded or battered fillet's you find in the frozen seafood section can be fried. They just recommend oven cooking nowadays because its healthier. Even fish sticks can be deep fried, it makes them more delicious. | |

| OK guys, I am in for sure now! I am taking 1/2 day vacation tomorrow so I can get ready and head up. I have no idea what time I'll end up getting there. Is everyone going straight to Echo on Friday and will folks be wheeling at Rausch past 5pm or so? | |
